A complete renovation of an outdated hotel condominium, including major demolition and a full interior redesign. The project featured a new kitchen layout, updated bathroom, refurbished cabinetry and furniture, modern black-and-gold finishes, smart TV, and contemporary fixtures, transforming the unit into a stylish, high-performing short-term rental while preserving and refinishing quality materials where possible.
