A complete transformation of an outdated third-floor studio into a modern, tropical-inspired short-term rental. The renovation introduced a warm Tulum aesthetic with custom wood features, updated lighting, refreshed finishes, modern furnishings, and thoughtfully selected décor. A new bathroom door and bed frame, updated bathroom, and elevated design details created a bright, resort-style space that takes advantage of the ocean breeze and delivers a distinctive guest experience.
