A creative space conversion that transformed a one-bedroom condominium into two independent short-term rental units. By reconfiguring the layout, adding a secure double-sided entry, and creating a separate studio, we effectively doubled the property's rental income potential. The renovation also included updated cabinetry, new air conditioning, feature walls, smart TVs, and locally inspired artwork to create two modern, guest-ready accommodations.
